Shipping:

Since all orders are personalized, engraved, monogrammed or custom made, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of most item. However, some items in our store can be shipped within a few days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. If you would like an update on the shipping date for a specific item, please email info@ulooked.net.

Most orders will be shipped via USPS although we may also ship via UPS. If another method is preferred, please contact us to make arrangements.

Most orders can be shipped internationally, please contact us for prices and shipping methods.

Returns

All personalized, engraved or monogrammed items that are free from defects and created as ordered and as described cannot be returned. If any item arrives damaged, please email us at info@ulooked.netto arrange a return or replacement.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt. The client incurs shipping charges for all returns.

Jewelry:
All crystals and pearls are made from the highest quality materials available. Crystals and pearls are genuine Swarovski, sterling silver is .925 percent and fine silver is .999 pure silver.

Please choose size of bracelets carefully. Restringing and resizing fees may apply.

Payments:
I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank debits through Paypal. You don’t have to register to use this service. If you prefer to pay by check, money order or fax please contact us. Your order will be placed when the payment is received and processed.

Hours of Operation:
Orders may be placed online 24/7. The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM. – 5 PM EST. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed Monday morning. We are closed on all major holidays.
